         1. Which countries do you ship to?

         2. How long does shipping take?

The delivery time for standard shipping varies depending on your location:
-USA: 8-15 business days after shipment
-EU countries: 15-20 business days after shipment
-International: 12-20 business days after shipment

 

         3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Free shipping is available on orders of $49.99 or more.
 
 

         4. How do I track my order?

-Login to your account-Click on “Order History”-Click “Track Package”

-After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed. We will then send you another e-mail with tracking information after your order has been shipped (may go to spam)
 
 

        5. Can I modify my order?

-Order completed – order details page – cancel order
-If the product has not been shipped, the “Cancel Order” button will be displayed. When the button disappears, the product has been shipped and no returns are allowed.
